White Glove- Frequently Asked Questions

White glove movers and delivery personnel are more experienced at dealing with high end furniture, fixtures, etc… They are also more accustomed to working in environments with interior designers, contractors and installations professionals. This expertise and ability to collaborate with others sets them apart from a normal mover.  

All inbound shipments are inspected by our receiving department for signs of visible exterior damage. If damage is noticed, our protocol is to unpack the item(s) and do a thorough inspection. Photographs are taken and any damages are noted on the bill of lading. We do offer an additional service to perform “spec checks” on all of your inbound orders. This entails unpacking, photographing and re-packing in its original form.

All items received at Liberty Platinum facilities are barcoded and have their data uploaded to our Windfall Inventory Management System. Clients are given access to this web based system to view inventory, images and shipping documents, such as packing lists.
